I've been to Grand Cannabis quite a few times, and Alisha consistently provides the best customer service. She's always welcoming, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right products. You can tell she knows her stuff her recommendations have always been spot on, and she's great at explaining the differences between products without making you feel overwhelmed.

Selling weed 101, if a customer asks if a preroll is shake, you ought to know what shake is. When the customer tries to explain to you what it is, treating them like they are an idiot boring you , and pretending you do not understand what the bits of weed that fall off during harvesting, may not ne the best move. I will not be back. To the owners, maybe young girls with attitude and zero knowledge of cannabis, is not the best business decision
