Terrible service at the end of the night last night. The cashier was more concerned about closing the store than selling product. She was not willing to do a search for a cheaper product before the store closed. The prices went up from the last time I was there. So, I stated if you are not going to search for a cheaper product at least discount it. She said 'No'. I had only enough to cover the previous price, which was a difference of one dollar.
Just for context, I had $6.69, which I showed her. The previous price was $5 and now was $6, so I'm literally short less than ten cent with tax. (Side note, there a time where cashier had to know how to do basic math, but I guess these days it's not a requirement.)
Then she was rude about. I stated I would go get the difference in cash in the car. She was like only if you get back in time. There wasn't, it was 10:58PM. Otherwise, I would have ran back to my car for ten cent.
I made it clear I was going to give a bad review and she said "Go ahead". Then I said "you're gonna lose business", so she respond 'we are losing business anyway'.
So, if this is the type of people you want to hire, then you can expect to go out of business.
Just some more context: At any other location that sell cannabis or alcohol and it's almost 11:00PM, they will at least attempt to put the purchase through. If the purchase terminal does not finish the transaction before 11:00PM, then you don't get the product. This person didn't even want to ..
Stopped in by fluke on my way home today. The manager was awesome, such good vibes and helpful, found me something good and we had a couple laughs! Thank you again!

Love the store hate the lady that calls me babe or honey or hun. Shes not my wife or grandmother . Very inappropriate behavior. If It was a guy calling girls names it wouldn't even be up for debate

My wife went in to grab a 1g joint, the guy at counter sold her a .5 blunt for $15.
Returned to store to see if the situation could be rectified, lady at the desk was caddy and not helpful.
I've had issues there before myself, would recommend checking out northern helm in bowmanville instead.
