They have the best staff and awesome selection and products. Bobby is the best. Love this place
Pretty surprised honestly, I've never had an issue with these guys. Unfortunately, I went in there and asked for a 510 thread cartridge and was given a disposable in a bag I didn't have the chance to touch of I might of felt the weight was off. Anyways those disposable units use wick stems not stainless steal which cause leeching and on top of being extra unhealthy, they taste like poison. I Called to explain the issue. And after literally hundreds (If not, thousand) Of dollar spent there.. I was told " Yeah, those aren't 510. Thanks for the call." So Unfortunately, It leaves me with the review that the staff is unknowledgeable and management doesn't really care if you walk out happy with your purchase or not. It's too bad, That store was on the way home.
The selection and prices here are not great. The staff there have been awesome though. If you're in a pinch and need to grab something without driving too far, Happy Valleys is the place to be.

Walked in said hello never said anything back. Wouldn't even take his eyes off the computer screen to talk to me. Just short answers like I was inconveniencing him
