The employee that usually serves me was like he had a problem serving me , rude and no help with product information , NOTHING !
At we thought ok this was a nice store. But when we started asking questions and we couldn't say the name right or try to explain what we are looking for, we can clearly tell that the clerk was getting annoyed just by the tone in his voice and he was not customer friendly. Would never go spend my money in there again. You would think being new customers the clerk would be a lot more inviting.
Whoever was working today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I've been coming here since 2020 and I've had almost nothing but bad experiences here but this had to be the worst one. Like EXTREMELY RUDE. super dissatisfied and disappointed. I'm an extremely helpful customer and always willing to try new things and replace anything I'm asking for with something in similar quality or price, but anything I asked he just said "no" bluntly with nothing else to say and couldn't recommend anything to me at all. Didnt even look around at all to see what they had or even tried to be nice whatsoever. Extremely bad customer service it's insane.
Called to ask a simple question about CBD and was met with attitude and made to feel like I was annoying the guy. There are so many different dispensaries you would think their customer service would be a priority. Or at least basic professionalism. Probably not going back. Expect to pay more for your product as well because they're over priced. I can go on the internet and order my carts for ten bucks each. Chew on that
I spent the last couple months shopping here both service and products where excellent. except for one employee that has given service with a bad attitude and has raised his voice on more than one occasion which has pushed a button that i regret walking out of the store letting them push.
