Grace the manager, awful terrible customer service, she's not people friendly, she also holds no accountability or any skills to even be a manager let alone just a regular employee. Grace ruins it for everyone. I will never ever go there again. Grace the manager is completely under qualified to be in the customer service industry. I will never go back there again.

Super cool spot, staff are very chill and their loyalty program is on par if not better than canna cabanas. I'd come to diamond valley from calgary just to go to this shop. They also keep a good supply with a large selection.
They have a great selection of products to suit your needs!! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dogs are always welcome too!!
Been in a few times and haven't been impressed with their level of customer service, don't seem knowledgeable and I never really felt welcomed, felt out of place actually.
Also bought a bong that was way over priced.
There are 3 shops to choose from in this community, and this one isn't it for me.
Dang 😳 I love everyone 😍 peace ✌️🕊️ is how I would love to live.
