I go to the London location and the Manager, Maggie, is the epitome of professionalism and she exhibits a level of customer service, as well as friendliness that you don't often see anymore. If you're in the city and would like to smoke, she will help you find the right product for you. She knows her stuff as well.

Love this place. They're always well-stocked and the selection screens are easy to use. I also love that they have a recycling program for empty cartridges and containers. I've been here quite a few times, but I've had notable service twice now from Cam, one of the budtenders. I can tell that he genuinely wants customers to enjoy their purchase. He isn't pushy, he asks about preferences, and he gives very good advice. The first time I met him, he noticed that I was purchasing a vape cartridge and gave me an information sheet that's been very helpful. He's also very easy to talk to and knows the details of the products more than any other employee I've met at a dispensary. I've been using cannabis for about 6 years now, but I've learned the most about my preferred products the two times that Cam has helped me. I live close to Richmond and I tend to choose between two different dispensaries on the street, but this one is quickly becoming my preferred option.
Everytime I've been here Cam is always incredibly helpful, and has helped me countless times to learn about the product, while helping me find the perfect product for me also.
10/10 service and all products are top tier!
