The staff here are lovely! The deals are amazing too, a lot of dispos only put mids on sale but this place always has great sales going on lots of different products. Super cute little shop with lots to choose from, thank you guys for being awesome :)

I preordered product ahead of time specifically to avoid issues like this, only to arrive and be told it had already been sold to someone else. There was no call, text, or notification before pickup, which was frustrating and a waste of my time.
If you're offering preorders, inventory should be held or customers should be notified immediately if there's a problem. Experiences like this are exactly why it's worth the extra drive to St. Thomas, ON to get reliable inventory and quality customer service instead. This was disappointing, and I'd think twice before relying on a preorder here again.
Update: Owner reached out and gave a better explanation of what happened and how it wouldn't happen again. Faith in humanity restored.

Best dispensary out there carry everything you could want. Staff is amazing and very well educated In products. I always have the best experience when im there and always walk away with the best weed. I recommend this shop to everyone.
