Hands down one of the best cannabis shops I've been to. The quality is always on point, the selection is solid, and the staff actually know what they're talking about. You can tell they care about what they're selling and who they're serving. Whether you're new or experienced, they make the whole process easy. Definitely my go-to spot.
I had the most amazing experience. First off, they have a great selection and the staff are so friendly and warm. They were also so helpful and informative. I'll definitely be making this my number one go to cannabis store
I had a very unpleasant experience in this store. The sales associate was extremely rude and unprofessional.
When I was holding an item and considering buying it, she literally took it out of my hands and put it back on the shelf without saying anything.
When I asked questions, she answered in a very dismissive and dry tone, as if helping a customer was a burden.
As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect. This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
If a business wants to sell products, it should train its staff to treat customers properly.
Came by with my friend to browse, and she wanted to see something and while my friend is holding the joint, The attendant literally grabbed it away from her hand, literally snatched it ?? which was super bizarre behaviour on her end. We literally just walked out after that because how do you treat a paying client like that???
