This spot is legit. Good energy, good people, and even better product. They don't just try to sell you anything—they actually help you find what you're looking for. Prices are fair and the vibe is always welcoming. I keep coming back for a reason.
Daniel is my hero. They were sold out of the pre rolls I usually buy and just had the flower in stock, and he kindly offered to roll the entire bag for me! I got to sit in a comfy chair and have a moment of peace and quiet in my hectic day and he rolled me ELEVEN PERFECT JOINTS. Rolled even better than the packaged pre rolls dare I say. Daniel for president!!!
Excellent service! The lady that was dealing with me was super nice and friendly, she even had an extremely interest in this one particular joint thats just absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this store and I have been to many many dispensaries in B.C from the lower mainland all the way up to the far far north and this is definitely in the top 5 110%

The employees at the West Broadway branch are nice and courteous. Yet some products are either bad or expired. I bought "Indiva Blips" tablets twice, and both times the tablets were semi-soft and stale when they should have been crunchy when you chew on them. I emailed my concern to the contact provided on their website (more than 2 weeks ago), and they never responded to my concern. I'm never shopping at this store or any of their branches again.
