Been going to the old store and now the new one closer to my house... for about 2 years now.
Officially sick of the one skinny girl with the recession up above. Always unfriendly and "roll of eyes" attitude from this child like person.
Everyone else seems great here... specially the other adult-like ladies and gents.
Treat "everyone" fairly... and yes that tip jar is ridiculous.... nobody wants to tip an employee's poor attitude.
I gave this place a lot of chances... but ONEPLANT is worth the drive down. Owner for sure supports this poor attitude... and needs to seperate his business and friends. His replies to negative reviews makes this clear.
Update:
Nobody gave your recession gal an attitude. It is clearly stated poor attitudes are a non-issue with others at your store. Again... stop dipping your pen in the company ink.

This is the best weed store I have been to and I've tried quite a few. The prices are definitely competitive but that's not the best part. The bud tenders here are amazing, they all have such great personalities and are always happy to help or make suggestions. These people are what makes coming to the store such a positive and happy experience. I highly recommend checking this store out and enjoy the happy peaceful vibe.
I have been to many outlets so far and i have never seen a rude and clever employee like Jason . I visited the shop around 8:30-40 pm today that is Dec 30 and i Do hold an account with them but seriously VIP cannabis need to tell their employees how to talk or else i don't know he was himself high on work . I am never going to visit again or recommend someone to go to VIP elmira when Jason is on shift . NO BUSINESS TO JASON NO BUSINESS TO VIP CANNABIS.
Also drafting an email with the receipt and everything I didn't expected to pay $57 for getting insulted . You need to learn some CS Jason or else VIP is gonna lose more customers.
You guys are fantastic! I've had no issues shopping here! I often see Dylan or Daniel and they are always super helpful and friendly! Keep going guys!
I come from out of town to grab some of their good deals and the 10%off flower fridays and early bird 10% off. Very friendly staff as well! Great little shop with the flower selection getting better each day. Great addition to Elmira. Sort of wish it were in the K-W area… lol.
