I shop at various Value Buds locations, and have no problem with the store or brand.
4 stars because the rep behind the counter did not give me the "warm and fuzzy" feeling that I'm used to from every other location I have visited.
Chick took a break at noon for 15 minutes. I had 5 minutes left to eat after she got back and there was a lineup of 6 other people behind. Really bad time for a break...this is customer service after all...it's like one of the busiest times.
Favourite value buds hands down. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing great service and the best prices. Budtender Dolan is an absolute rockstar and will get you setup with everything you need. 10/10!!!
Most unpleasant experience. I went in around 9 a.m. today to buy some gummies. This used to be my go-to spot whenever I was heading northside, but the service today completely changed that.
The staff member working at the time (guy with brown hair and bangs) was extremely rude and unhelpful. I tried to ask questions and browse the products, but he acted like he didn't want to help at all. The interaction made me uncomfortable, and I ended up walking out.
Great product selection, but the customer service is terrible. I'd recommend going to a different location.

Stopped by this location on Nov 14 since I was in the area instead of going to my normal one and I was so happy about that decision. Not only does this location has better/more stock, the gentleman (I want to say... Dolan? I'm so sorry if I got it wrong) was so amazing and friendly. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with someone like me who has only experienced edibles and knows nothing about flower/buds. He answered all my questions and his interactions/service with all the customers that came in, top notch.
I'll gladly go out of my way to come back here.
