Went there for the first time and a was impressed with the layout of the store made it easy to make a choice on what to buy. The staff was very helpful.
Love the prices here but sick of playing the guessing game of if it's open or not… this has happened so many times I'm done coming here. How bad of a store does this have to be that they can't have 2 people working? Stopped coming in the mornings because I can't stand the woman that's always there… started coming in the evenings and they're always closed. I'd rather spend the extra $5 and shop somewhere else.
Walked in, the worker guy looked at my ID and let me through the rope. He didn't ask me if I was looking for anything or if he could help me in any way. About 30 seconds after I entered and wasn't helped, a woman came in and he checked her ID and asked her how he could help.
I was waiting patiently for my turn to be helped when another guy came in and the cashier let him in and jumped right into helping him.
I was the first person in the store in this scenario and I was the last person helped. Barely acknowledged. I told the guy that and he blamed it on how slow the computer is, that he's only one guy and he only helps people when they go up to the counter- which wasn't the case because he helped the other two people as soon as they entered the door.
The fact of the matter is he didn't even ask me what I was looking for until the other two customers left. He turned what would've been a 2 minute interaction into 15 minutes of me just standing in the store waiting to be helped because the people who came after me had more priority. I'm just thankful more people didn't show up because who knows how long I would've been standing there
Staff Is very bad I just went there to buy some stuff I was like behaving very friendly.
He directly told me I can't Surve you guys never go to this value buds.

I had a really positive experience working with Robert. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. What stood out most was that he took the time to double-check with his manager to ensure he could match a price from another store, something he absolutely didn't have to do, but chose to anyway.
Really appreciated the extra effort! Thank you, Robert
