I've been coming to this dispensary for a couple of months now and I have zero complaints. Besides having the best prices in town, they have the nicest and most informed staff. Shout out to Dave and Randy for always keeping it real and professional.
I purchased a lighter from this store and it turned out to be a complete dud. When I came back asking for a refund, exchange, or even just a replacement for the defective product, and that girl working refused service entirely.
It's frustrating to pay for something that doesn't work and then be offered no solution at all. Poor customer service and very disappointing handling of the situation.
How hard is it to replace a lighter?!
