Fantastic shop. They have competitive prices, wide selection and lovely staff that are are kind and knowledgeable about their products. You literally cannot go wrong. Pet friendly! Stormy says "10/10" and "will return". 🐾
Such a clean and pretty space. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I've been to multiple different dispensaries and True north is by far my new favourite. I will be coming back for sure.
Amazing dispensary, especially for newer consumers. The selection is modest yet with great variety, the staff is energetic and knowledgeable, even when its clear they are having a rough day. Sam and Megan are always bubbly and immediately put the knowledge forward that I needed. Sam in particular was great when I had questions about edibles. Zak (the manager im assuming?) Is also great and knowledgeable about the products they sell. And if they dont know, they look it up to get a product that fit me. Highly recommend anyone give the employees at this store a chat if they aren't swamped with orders to increase their cannabis knowledge.
Meghan helped me today and as always, she was patient, clear, and professional from start to finish. I've had the same consistently positive experience with Zak and the rest of the team as well.
Since they've opened, True North Cannabis has been a solid, reliable shop, and the service is always friendly and respectful.
Meghan is amazing! She helped me choose between products and was very knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcome and was easy to talk to, definitely will go out of my way to come to this store again because of the experience I had with her. The store was also very clean and organized which was very appreciated!
