The two ladies that run this store are my fav. super friendly and knowledgable. They are the reason I return and stopped going to the island. good job with hiring the proper people True North
Best store in Wallaceburg! I see sketchy customers leave multiple reviews from duplicate accounts, and I have to laugh.
Don't listen to the stragglers in the scatterplot. Nobody in Chatham Kent is more of an educated weed snob than myself, and I can safely say that this store/staff surpass every expectation that a legacy cannabis consumer could possibly have.
Its no wonder they get set on fire and their windows smashed out.
Employees accessing members accounts to drain points for personal use.
Selling unsealed bags with short weights.
Denying loyal customers service. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour.
Provides a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience causing customers to shop elsewhere.
Always low or no stock.
Their own employees even recommend purchasing from websites such as Canapanda.
If I could give it zero stars I would.
One lady in peticular seems to think she runs she establishment and her attitude fits perfectly to her hygiene. Stinkin rotten.
I don't even consider shopping anywhere else. True North always has great options for amazing prices and the staff at this location is very knowledgeable. Never had a weak suggestion from them!
