The Staff Here at Tokyo Smoke are phenomenal and have Great Customer Service!!!! I recommend this Store to all of my Family and Friends!!
This store is terrible, the product selection is underwhelming, old and dry also prices are extremely high compared to other dispensaries. Employees are uneducated about simple things such as return policies and products which is unacceptable. I live 5 mins from this place but I rather go 30mins further for better service.
Great experience and overall atmosphere. Z helped me and was very knowledgeable with the product.
I won't be returning to this location. Stouffville can have my business. The staff Member I spoke with was rude. Like she was doing me some kind of favor. My business apparently isn't wanted.
I couldn't believe the employees first response to me.Price matching from another dispensary was To encourage me to buy elsewhere.
