I had an excellent experience at The Woods in Mississauga. Jay provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience, but Jay definitely does.
If you're visiting The Woods, I highly recommend asking for Jay. His exceptional service made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you again!

The woods always has a great selection and the staff are super friendly. Jay was very helpful in helping pick the right product.
Been going here for 2 years now and I've never had to show my id . Everyone there knows me and knows I'm well over 30 . And this dread head man wanted to pick on me , talking about there's cameras . The cameras saw that you never asked anyone else for their ID but me . And there were people younger than me in there . I went to get my id and was dealing with another girl , who is theeeee best , might I just add. Always helpful when I come in. And he goes for my ID while he's dealing with someone else and she never even asked for it . And just attitude . I also told him I have an account and the other 2 workers know me and still attitude ..
I had a long day and all of that was not necessary . And I'm probably older than he is . So not sure if he's new or what . But something like that will make me not wanna come back .
Terrible experience. The product quality was disappointing, customer service was rude, and the prices were way too high for what you get. Definitely not worth it and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
