I buy for my mom and stumbled upon this store after receiving poor service from another Aurora cannabis store. The in person the service was top notch with a better selection and lower prices. I decided to order online and received top notch service again..from the phone call to clarify a couple things, ability to order later into the evening, kind delivery man, and even some little treats in the bag. Overall 10/10 for sure!
Highly recommend! I've been wanting to write a review for a while. This location has a great selection of products. I started ordering regularly after not being able to find what I needed at other stores. Plus their staff are super knowledgable and they have the best delivery person who will always make your day. Recently there was an issue with my order and the Manager went above and beyond to make it right. You can count on them for quality weed and service every time.

You'll get the best advice, variety of products and accessories and the best prices. Customer service is always fast and efficient and the staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. The Woods Cannabis is the only place I would go to because it's the best outlet around. I bought a pre roll fused with oil, it was supposed to be a gram, but it wasn't even 0.7, it was $15 an it didn't even pull, I went to complain, the staff HAD TO SCALE IT TWICE and didn't even care they just said it's not their problem, in Aurora theirs like 10 other dispensary's that call cheaper. They even said the head manager will call! It's been a week. This is lies, 477 reviews? It's all lies! Bad staff and bad service
