I came to GreenCloud expecting customer service.
What I got was Quincy.
At this point, I'm convinced Quincy doesn't actually work here, he was sent from the future to show the rest of us how customer service is supposed to be done.
The man has the patience of a saint, the knowledge of a wizard, and somehow manages to make complicated things sound simple enough that even my sleep-deprived brain could understand them. Every question I had was answered before I even knew I was going to ask it.
You know that feeling when you call a company and immediately regret your life choices? Yeah, this was the exact opposite.
Quincy didn't just solve my problem, he owned it, handled it, and made the entire experience ridiculously easy. The level of professionalism, communication, and genuine care was so refreshing that I almost forgot I was dealing with customer service.
GreenCloud, whatever you're paying Quincy, it's not enough.
If customer service had a Hall of Fame, he'd have his own wing.

Absolutely love this dispensary. Whenever I come up to Drayton to visit family this dispensary has my Cannabis needs covered. The staff are incredibly sweet and kind tempered people who are wanting nothing more than to help you. Seriously have always had an incredible experience here. Tbh this place is better stocked than my regular place down in London 😆 got the Luxe 510 battery and Machioto Gold Cart by Jay's
Friendly knowledgeable and prompt customer service. The bud tenders here always remember which kinds I've already tried, and my preferences. Prices are the best in town!
