Had a really good experience here. Drashti was super helpful and clearly knows her products well. She took the time to show me different options, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy, her customer service was excellent. I was mostly looking at bongs, and they had a great variety to choose from, and Drashti showed me all the options without rushing. Although I didn't end up buying a bong due to my budget, I did purchase a pre-rolled joint, and her recommendation turned out to be much better than what I usually go for.
Great store and extremely clean. Hemant is a really good budtender and knowledgeable in this feild, gave me a new recommendation that I am going to stick with for a while!!! They also have a craazyy bong selection and a lot of merchandise to choose from. Must recommended.
Hands down the BEST service & product selection I've had from any establishment in years. Just arrived to Regina from Colorado in the middle of -20C weather at night, and was wondering if a delivery service was in fact operating. They didn't have any regular delivery drivers available…BUT I received a call from Andrew at the shop to let me know that the Owner, Brandon (?), was going to deliver my 9pm order himself!
I was fully expecting to wait until the next morning, but this team cheerfully insisted on going above and beyond!
Due to some silly industry laws, they weren't allowed to accept any tips upon arrival, which further amazes me that they're out in the field completing delivery orders.
Everything in the order was correct, great quality, and Brandon arrived at our door with a smile in the middle of a mild but brutally freezing snow storm by 10pm.
Please support this business! You can feel good about it. This is a team who truly cares. Huge thank you to the Coughy Shop team! Y'all are really incredible!
