Brandy is so helpful and knowledgeable. Not the type to just recommend whatever comes to mind. Love the vibes
I checked their website, before I drove across town, and what I wanted was listed as available on their website. It was also not crossed off their list inside the store, meaning it was available. However, the employee stated it was out of stock and hard to order. I'm pretty frustrated at their website and inside sheets on the counter indicating it was in the store, and a bit irritated at the employee saying it was hard to get because it's in stock here (for real) every week. Guess I'll go to one of to High Life on Stanley or High Supply on King George Road. Do better, Sweet Releaf.
Rude staff insulted me as soon as I walked in the door. I asked if they check ID and she laughed at me and said thats a suspicious question a child would ask and im 30 years old. Never going there again. I had my id no problem just was asking a question absolutely awful!
W0rst customer service I've ever had!!! Door was locked! Once inside I asked what was new lady told me just to pick something! I walked out with nothing take my business else where
Met Brandy today who was super helpful and friendly. Will for sure be back!
