Any company that cookie cuts their customers like this gets an automatic 1 star. Their Rep manager and outreach might as well be bots.
This store have window displays for their products witch is great for shoppers experience.. almost no wait at all lots of staff and they are very good at what they do.
Poor selection, weekend opening hours terrible, forget about asking for advice. People cross the bridge to Ontario you won't believe the difference !
My friend and I walked in and weren't acknowledged for a while, which made us feel unwelcome. Then this black lady came out and helped us and she was amazing and actually cared. She's the reason I'm giving more than 1 star. The store needs to improve the initial customer service.
