Customer service that goes above and beyond any other I have seen ! Great products and they always seem to have exactly what I go there for no matter what it is ... awesome.. the swag is pretty great too
Good selection, friendly staff at the counter. I would recommend shopping with this company. My husband andI had one bad experience with a delivery driver, but the company was very proactive in addressing and correcting the matter. They went way above and beyond to apologize and make the situation right. We repeatedly told management that it was not their fault, they cannot control the behavior of others and that we had every intention of still shopping there, we just wanted them to be aware of that persons behavior. They would not take no for an answer and went to great lengths to apologize for a very minor incident. This company not only has great products and friendly service, but they very clearly value their customers and customer experience. Cannot thank and recommend them enough.

I normally don't leave reviews on Google but what the heck; the service here was top shelf. So I wanted to get my hands on some seeds that I grew last year and was not able to find them on Vancouver Island. The West Kelowna location of Spiritleaf showed online as having them, and I was able to, thanks to efforts of Michael Adams, purchase them online and packaged up to have them shipped via Canada Post right to my door! This was so cool! Way over- and- above service.😊Thanks Michael, and thanks Spiritleaf! I will certainly drop by the store next time I'm in the Okanagan!
