Fantastic Customer Support across all of their locations; with this location itself having a large variety of options for every kind of persons needs. Will definitely be going to this location again anytime I can.
The woman working at the kelowna location is not only rude but unprofessional with zero manners for customers. Getting your ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE items from her is like being interrogated and truthfully never had such an unpleasant experience in a dispensary.
Eta: Tried curbside pickup and waited an exceptionally long time before entering the store to be met with that was probably the most disappointing part.
Myron was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit! Definitely coming back
The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just decent people. Lots of products to choose from and the glassware is top notch. Would recommend. Angela and Liam are phenomenal!!!! Go get your relax on!
I had such a great experience at Spiritleaf thanks to Myron. He was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, and made the whole visit super comfortable.
