Simply the truth. Their one gram joints don't burn properly. Worst user experience I've had the last 3 tries.
I asked for specific product was lied to and given another product without proper labeling. They said "Obviously it this product because of the strain" after a simple product search from the distributor it was clear I was lied to due to employees not knowing the products.
Went to Ottawa for CANSEC from Montreal. Wanted to have full experience since its a whole different system. First day a kind person sold me what i was looking for, all nice. But a few days later on our way back to the city i came into the store to get my own batch to bring roughly +$200 but as i came in with other coworker, that hasn't anything to be with me since im not their guardian or parent. The guy runned his ID (while i was already inside and in-line waiting) and asked me to leave the store, as he couldn serve me because something happened with HIS ID. Funny enough, i couldn't even know what happened even from him, since he's not my business and we where a crew running errands before quitting the city. Very disappointed, but found a cheaper store nearby with a very friendly staff, never coming back to this place.
Absolutely amazing experience. After rough shift I needed to stop in here. While in the store I was met and served by Chris. I would like to take the moment to shoutout their great energy and helping me get what I needed. After a pretty brutal shift myself it was refreshing to meet Chris and have a great interaction and helped hook me up with a lighter since I didn't have one on me. The few times prior I've stopped in the staff was always amazing and I've had great conversations. HIGHLY reccomend this place for anyone in the area!!! Thank you again Chris and everyone at Spirit Leaf!!
Chris Kay and George (the orange one) were all very helpful and easy to deal with. Also had good advice on the hot knife I bought.
