Staff dont know anything about stock, when its coming back or if its ever coming back. Zero information. Can't buy what isnt stocked. Came all the way from sooke and everything, bad mistake.
The review under mine says they were turned away for not having their status card on them and they replied to it saying you have to verify your status with each purchase, but they never verified mine, just knew it was on file.

I walked in the store on Thursday, May 14th in thr afternoon and it seemed nice at first. I looked around an chose what I wanted without even being acknowledged by the workers. The woman who was serving took her time speaking to the male customers though. A few customers went off about how creeped out they were.. I have to point this out because afterwards i over heard from one of the boysshe was speaking with seemed young an mumbled how creeped out they felt after her service as they walked out of the store. I also couldn't help but see someone sitting on the ground behind the counter on their phone. I mean im sure I would have asked her to help if I knew she was there. I think next time I'll stick going to Rise from better customer service
I don't know her name ... I don't know what I did that envoked her angry spirit but she tossed my pre rolls onto the counter instead of just handing them to me, katrina ? Kiara ? Kaylee ? Anyways, I was having a hard week.. Lost my uncle the day I walked in, and and she was helping me . But she tossed my weed at me and then said " have a good day "
