Bought a coated and infused pre-roll, couldn't even smoke it. Joint was soft and fell over while lit, couldn't even pull off it. For $20 didnt even get 1 pull off it.
Really lovely little store, Amanda and Ariel are wonderful and really helpful.
Your ad says experienced staff might want to change that. Went in today asked for a specific product was told this is what your looking for. Well it wasn't. Got home opened it up and wrong product. I specifically ask sales girl 3 times if she was sure and she was adamant it was. Wrong. Train your staff in the products they are selling
Requested a saliva vape pen, was sold a saliva vape cartridge without a battery. After opening and realizing THEIR mistake, I advised they sold me something I cannot use. They told me they would not refund me even thought I had purchased it only a couple minutes ago. They gave me a "complimentary" battery and sent me on my way... the battery was not functional. I will not be going back to this store.
Worst pot shop around i wouldn't shop here. I put in for a draw and wouldn't even give it 2 me a week later because the staff stole it and smoked it before I got there. Terrible disappointment of a place you win something you should be able to grab it anytime people work i drove 45 minutes to get it and it just magically disappeared. Terrible service
