He is incredibly knowledgeable and provides pinpoint recommendations based exactly on what you're looking for without pushing unnecessary products or "random bits." It is a zero-pressure, high-value experience. If you're heading in, specifically ask for Lorenzo—he knows the inventory inside out and makes sure you leave with exactly what you need.

I recently had a delivery from Quantum Cannabis and I want to start by saying the delivery service itself was excellent—fast and professional.
However, I felt it was important to share some feedback regarding the quality of the 'Happy Hour' one-gram product I received. To be honest, the quality was quite disappointing and didn't meet the standard I expected from this shop. While I understand it was a promotional item, offering a product of this caliber can really negatively impact a customer's overall impression of the business.
It's frustrating because I enjoyed the service, but due to the quality of the product itself, I'm hesitant to order again.

Honestly and truly surprised to have met an employee who couldn't care less to do his job.
If you're gonna work in a dispo I'd hope you at the bare minimum know your stock and where your products are located
The system you use to display your stock is absolutely atrocious. It looks trashy and cheap. Loose pieces of paper with creased and crumpled edges.
I'm shocked that this is a professional business.
