there was a lady who's like in pain. she was rude and rejected my American friend because of his id couldn't be verified. lol
note: they closed the store and i think because of her. i hope she is not the owner bc she doesn't have the sales skills for sure
Staff with piercings told me this place is only for "Canadians" and didnt let me in with a overseas ID even though im 21 years old. Very racist and mocked me for not being Canadian. Very unprofessional. Very terrible experience. Will never shop here and will tell everyone not to shop here.
Friendly staff, good prices, will be back
Visited a few shops in Toronto while while travelling to TO and this location was the best. Great choices, knowledgeable staff and do friendly. Definitely recommend
