I had the pleasure of talking with Robbie, he walked me through everything from how to pick out the right weed with papers and all of the accessories that is needed to roll my own. He was a massive help and had a lot of knowledge and he has helped me before picking out prerolls. Always a great experience talking with him and the rest of the team. Would definitely recommend to shop here if you are experienced or new.

The staff here are very knowledgeable with there products overall. This place comes packed with options...from sativa to indica... from newbies to the pros, these bros will have it here to go...just so you know!!😉🤗😤

I'm a regular customer at this location and come in almost every day. Tonight around 10:30 PM, the employee working refused to serve me because I didn't have my physical ID. I showed her a photo of it and explained I'm a regular with an account there.
She literally said she knows who I am, knows my account, and knows I come there all the time, yet still refused to serve me. What's even more frustrating is that the same employee served me just the other day without asking for the physical ID, so the inconsistency makes no sense.
When I questioned it, she said they've "been on their ass lately" about IDs, but the way she handled it was rude and dismissive. The store was closing at 11 PM and she told me to go home and come back with the physical ID, which obviously wasn't practical.
I understand policies exist, but if you recognize a regular customer, know their account, and have served them before, the attitude and inconsistency just make for a really poor customer experience.

You can get weed anywhere but not good customer service.. wonderful staff
