Pricier than some stores. Usually long waits of like 5-6 people. Only ever 1 person at the cash, even though another is there just standing around, doing nothing. No welcome greeting. Even if you pre-order, you still have to wait in the line. This is the closest one to my location. I hope things get better. There is one dude that works there who is kind and nice. One older lady i met who was kind. Some younger teen or early 20s girl was rude. Just standing starting no greeting, no help etc..🤦🏻♂️
Have been a long time customer of this & the 97st location but will not return. In the last two weeks, I've had several bad experiences.
1. On two occasions, staff have forgotten to provide my change. One employee corrected it. The other took my name & ph #, promising to call to refund my change after counting the till. Two days later, two messages left for the manager Ashton & no call back from anyone. This error resulted in me paying twice what I should have.
It was easy to verify that my change had not been provided & make it right. Or at the very least, return my calls as promised.
2. I always buy 2 pack , 1 gram joints. Staff has charged me for such but given me a 3 pack, 0.5 gram joints (0.5 grams less).
3. Inventory is a mess. I've been sold product that showed in their system as in stock but in reality wasn't. The staff looked, offered a Sativa replacement, instead of the indica. Ended up having to refund my order & start over. I felt badly for her & the line up of customers that accumulated during that time.
Used to be a decent shop. Now it's disorganized & clearly lacking leadership.
Bottom line: Do NOT trust with cash. Verify the product you're given. Go anywhere else.
The Pops in Delton is the real deal. Always well-stocked with a huge range of products. whatever you're after, they've got it. The staff clearly know their stuff and even on busy days they keep things moving without making you feel rushed. Fast, friendly, and consistent every time. This is a shop I recommend to everyone!
I didn't get his name but the guy working this Saturday evening was amazing, I went in after a very hard day and he was so wonderfully conversational and helped me find what I wanted and really just put off such good happy vibes. Reminded me that the world isn't just nasty people. So thank you, stranger, I appreciate you more than you know tonight!!
