Products are overpriced and low grade. No rewards are offered for customers, nor are there loyalty programs like other shops have.
If Canada Post loses your package, Oceanic will Ghost you.. You do not get reimbursed or your money back. Keep this in mind. Pic attached of my well spent $100 🙄
Super helpful staff
They sold me a 2 and a half year old cart of live resin that tasted rotten. They wouldn't exchange it for anything else.
