They helped me to find what I'm looking for at the other location. Good service.
Horrible experience at this store by an employee who claimed she was the manager. I was denied service at the cash register after she tried to ID my 16 year old nephew who was with me, after explaining to her that yes he's underage and with me she stated that it's obvious I was trying to supply someone underage with alcohol and denied me service. I was extremely offended and couldn't believe I was being accused of that after explaining to her that he is indeed underage and with me. As far as I was aware children can be in the store as long as they're accompanied by an adult and don't touch or carry anything. I assume the manager was just having a bad day and wanted to use what little power she has in this situation to power trip on a customer and it just ended up that I was her victim. I now go to New Brunswick for better service , staff and cheaper prices ! Same goes with my friends and family who visit from Ontario they will never step foot inside a NSLC because the this lady's rude attitude and actions…
The staff in this store is very knowledgeable about both wines and cannabis. And selection is excellent!
Lady at the cannabis counter was not friendly, unable to answer questions regarding any of the products. Last straw was only 1 catalogue book even though 3 counters could be open at once. You can't see any of the products, simply bad experience here.
Knowledgeable staff and products are typically well stocked.
