As of July 25 2024, this place is apparently permanently closed. There's a For Lease sign in the front window and entire store is dark and very obviously closed. The place was confirmed as open 2 weeks ago but it's definitely closed since then. I headed there tonight because it stated online it was open until 11pm and was closer to my apartment than the Yerba Buena dispensary on Sheppard. Unfortunately it was the wrong night to try a new dispensary as Modern Day was closed when I arrived. Plus was too Iate to make it in time to Yerba Buena. The whole experience was pretty disappointing 😕 as it showed the dispensary as open tonight + was confirmed online as open 2 weeks ago. It takes a moment to update your store's closing online, so it seems pretty inconsiderate of the owners not to let potential customers know of the change so they do not waste time going there for nothing. Not everyone drives a car!
I'd love to give a higher rating but it's noon and they're still closed. I wished I hadn't biked out of my way.
