Amazing service knowledgable staff and they let me bring my dog with me!
The selection looks great online, and they seem to carry products that are hard to find elsewhere...
Unfortunately, the store hours were inaccurate. I drove 30 km to this store specifically because the store was listed as open and "busy", only to arrive and find it closed. All the other nearby stores (that I checked) had already updated their holiday hours, so please keep this in mind with this location.
Maybe I'll try once more, if I ever find myself in Peterborough again.
It's my third time coming here, the first time was okay. The second time buying the same product the price went up. I asked why is it more expensive? Apparently you have to buy it before a certain time. Price displayed on the website. Never seems to match the price you paid store with tax.
I paid $27 for a product that's listed on the website for $20. I don't live in the area so I don't know the issue with this location but the staff need to put some smile on their face, and put some more light in the place. Every time I go there it seems like there's some kind of tension, I don't know if it's my presence.
Wonderful vibe, I love this place and great staff!! The girls that are on this Sunday are so nice :)
