They cancelled my order and asked me never to Shop from them - ONLY because I followed up with them twice in 1 hour time span for my order which was placed 2 hours ago. Unapologetic, rude and aggressive staffs. Staff became aggressive and defensive instead of addressing concerns like a professional business.
I also feel their Google reviews are completely fake or from chosen individuals. Reality is ugly and unprofessional.
Worst cannabis in town from my personal opinion. I feel they sell This place stale, weak, and completely useless products while charging you a premium for them. I feel there is no point in asking for recommendations—the employees are either clueless to even understand what they're selling. Employees and their friends spam the page with positive reviews to mislead customers.
Responding to Owner:
Perhaps try delivering products within the promised time frame. If a customer follows up after waiting for two hours, don't cancel their order by hanging up on them. Act like a professional business that values paying customers, and maybe then you won't have to deal with frustrated feedback
First time customer. Ordered some shred and medicated gummies via uber eats. The medicated gummies lowered my chronic anxiety and the shred was real decent. Showing the owner or curator knows the whats up. I hope to walk into the stire next time for a proper thorough shop. Thx, Mirage
Good quality products i always get their concentrates and they have a good points system.
