I came within operating hours and the door was locked for the first time as I come here often and there's a sign saying to ring the doorbell if the doors locked so I rang it about 4 times over the 5 mins I was standing there and eventually just left. Even tried calling the store and no reply.
Had a great experience at Lux Leaf. Dhruv was really helpful and friendly, and he gave some solid recommendations. Made the whole process easy. Will definitely be back!
I had an amazing experience at the store thanks to Dilsher. He has excellent knowledge about all types of weed and was able to explain the different options clearly, which made it really easy for me to choose the right product. What stood out the most was how down-to-earth, humble and patient he was while helping me. He took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend asking for Dilsher if you visit the store!
