Walked in just to "look around"... walked out with a bag and a big smile 😀 The staff were super chill and knew their stuff. I asked a few questions and they explained everything without making me feel like a newbie. The store is clean, the vibe is great, and the prices aren't trying to rob your wallet.
10/10 would accidentally spend money here again😂
My favorite place to get cannabis. Great customer service at this location in Vista Heights (they also have a great stock of products as well). One of the sales clerks, Roop, brings such great energy and always has a smiling face. Doesn't matter if I am a week away from Calgary or a month, he remembers his customers and still brings the same positive energy and great service! Thanks for the great customer service, Roop!

Yesterday I visited Loft Cannabis and purchased five to six pre-rolls, and I really loved the experience. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. I also liked the menu—they have a great selection.. I definitely hope to get a chance to visit this store again.
The young boy with curly hairs is very helpful and have good experience and knowledge about vapes. The vape he suggested was fabulous. I will definitely revisit.
