I'm leaving one star because the posted business hours are unreliable. On multiple occasions, I've arrived during the hours listed online only to find the business closed. If you're going to post operating hours, they should reflect when you're actually open. If you can't consistently maintain those hours, you should update your online listing so customers aren't wasting their time making the trip.
