These guys are a little more expensive than the other guys, but they carry the best stuff and their staff, especially Dan, are so knowledgeable and friendly- I wont go anywhere else!
Went in today around 4pm on Feb 16 2026. Absolute worst customer service ever!! Went in to try and get help as the battery i bought yesterday barely worked, it would barely hit! just not great at all, had my receipt and all even though they never asked for it! completely declined me as the battery "worked", yes obviously it works but it barely hits!! They never even tried or asked me to show them which i could have, and then starts complaining how they can't help me out with a refund or even an exchange for a new one because the Manager there who had light ish hair and glasses and a beanie and brown zip up and along with the other worker who has dark hair with a beard and glasses and a black shirt were complaining that they would get in trouble with the owner! awful customer service, i don't ever recommend people to come here, just completely denied me service when they saw the battery button works, yes it works but the actual battery barely hits even when fully charged. just honestly so upset with this whole encounter, rude workers! never coming here again and i sure will let everyone i know to never come here either!!! never have i been treated like that at a place before, don't come here ever!!! not worth your money!
Edit: after reading other reviews, it seems that this battery and return issue is a huge problem here! Seriously people don't ever come here, worst cannabis store, awful workers!!! awful awful awful management! Also their names are Pat and Dan! brut ..
I've been a customer here before they changed their shop name, and have purchased several vape tips and batteries in the past. Previously, I bought a couple of pipe-style 510 thread batteries that were solid and well-made. However, the third one I purchased last week was noticeably lower quality, made of plastic instead of metal like the others.
When I asked to exchange it due to the quality issue, the staff member working that day (glasses and beanie) refused, saying that because it "works fine," the quality difference didn't justify an exchange. I asked if he could check with his boss, and he declined. When I asked when the manager would be available, he said he couldn't share staff schedules due to "safety concerns."
That response felt dismissive and unhelpful. After this experience, I won't be coming back.
Visited the store today, found them to be extremely well stocked and very informed about their products. Good atmosphere, clean and nice displays. I will be visiting them again soon.
Took me a while to trust the fact that they would stay open with the new owners but not an issue so far. I enjoy going here they always are quick to start a conversation and good with recommendations. Nice to have a place close to home. I recommend this place.
