Haven't been to the storefront yet but I order delivery frequently, operators are always so kind and come in any weather. These guys are THE reliable shop in my area and I've never had any issues :)
Delivery use to be fast before but now It takes 2-3 hours for a delivery, worst part is that I didn't even get the delivery yet. Service definitely went down sadly.
If you guys can't afford to pay for drivers for 1h deliveries then just stop marketing it as so, false advertisement is bad business practice and can potentially catch you a lawsuit.
