Jasper and Justin were absolutely amazing! The debit machine had died so we were waiting for it to charge, they tried hard to get it up and running so instead Justin offered to help me pay with cash! Such amazing costumer service , thank you 🙏
Best dispensary in Kelowna! Justin, Jasper and Oscar have phenomenal customer service skills. They're all very knowledgable and I've never had one of their recommendations let me down. The price is great, an abundant selection of quality brands, and I've never been disappointed once. I drive all the way from Peachland just to come here and it's worth the trip every time! Keep up the hard work guys!
A bit astonished by the lack of basic retail business acumen here: I walked into an empty storefront in which three employees were standing around and asked to buy a single gram of flower. I don't consume much in a single sitting and I don't consume often.
I was told the least I could purchase was an eighth (3.5 grams). I would have been HAPPY to pay a higher per-gram price for a smaller quantity. I asked why I couldn't purchase a single gram and was told rather brusquely, "that's what we do."
Nice one folks. Your empty storefront earned zero revenue while you paid your employees to stand around, you lost a prospective customer and you earned a negative review.
I don't usually leave a review, but I was quite impressed with the knowledge and the care the staff took to answer my questions and educate me on what options I had. I was impressed by the selection and quality as well. This is going to be my new go-to spot.
Wow.!!!! The most pleasant experience of my weed shopping lifetime. Met a wonderful staffer, I think his name was Liam. Super nice store I felt a peaceful feeling shopping there. I would recommend it to all my local heads. I don't do these things (reviews) but this one deserves my attention. Thank you
