My absolute favourite place in Vancouver! The staff are always so kind and friendly, and they always have a good selection!
I'm a regular at the store. It's clean it has a lot of merchandise and it's super close to the beach. They also have great staff. My favourite is Lexi with red hair. She's so nice and helpful and very knowledgable about all of the products on the shelves at the time.
If you ever go here, make sure to say hi to the staff and bones, the skeleton man who sits in the chair in the window Such a cool place!

Went to Khats last week and got what I needed to clear the brain fog and get energized not high as I had lots of upcoming work load. I got great advice for first time visitor and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Price is reasonable and location is great. Shop had great vibe!
