$25 credit card fee is absurd
Edit. To be clear, I love their product and service. But there is no way to spin a $25 cc fee (the only option for shambhala btw) as anything other than greed

An old arizer solo glass pipe broke and the product is no longer sold at the store, but the manager still had old stock and gave me one completely free of charge! Staff here are always very friendly and helpful.
Great selection can always find what I'm looking for! Staff and the atmosphere are delightful they've always been able to answer my questions and bring in special orders which has been amazing won't go anywhere else!
NOT ROB, had 'other things to do', and couldn't follow through with any customer service on the phone.
