I've been shopping at Jerry's Cannabis for a while now, but this was my first time being helped by Steve. I have to say, he made it the best experience I've had there. He's incredibly knowledgeable about cannabis and took the time to explain the different strains, products, and effects without making me feel rushed. He listened to what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction with confidence. Great customer service, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be hoping Steve's working the next time I stop in.
Was convenient and quick. The bud tender gal was super helpful and courteous, n she made an excellent recommendation.. store was clean and offered a variety of products.
I appreciate Jerry's for stocking a variety of cannabinoids. Cannabis as medicine was a large part of the argument for legalization. Jerry's should be commended for supplying products that deliver CBD, CBN, and CBG; a less psychoactive medicine. Specifically, the Purefarma CBD and Night Night CBN vape cartridges have been absolutely awesome for me, and don't leave me feeling burnt out. Thanks again
Moved from Ontario and was worried about finding a good/decent store and this place exceeded my expectations!
All the staff have been super friendly and knowledgeable; even trying to help me find a particular strain that I still don't know the name of, helped me out with a torch that I bought that I thought was defective (it wasn't, it was me lol), truely the staff knows customer service.
Also relieved to find actual BC grown bud and not just bud from Ontario! (came to Victoria BC to go to my cousin's wedding and found a shop in Victoria and it was 90% the same stuff from Ontario, I was pretty disappointed). Great location too!
Really knowledgeable and friendly staff, no matter which person you're dealing with. A big variety of product in a small space. Thank goodness they're here
