I have a clearly marked sign that says Private Property No Soliciting or Trespassing so do not educate me on what your "legal local guidelines" are to advertise when this is not acceptable.

I've been going here for a while (vape side mostly!) and one time I came in, they didn't have the stock for what I wanted (super picky person lol) and got recommended an item as I had the bottom battery for level x, they recommended the loop pod which should fit. Turns out no bueno, went back and mentioned to Damien who quickly jumped up to call his manager Charisma who quickly went to action and got me a discount on a product to make up for this. Not many/ if any places I've been were so cool and helpful to make up for something like that. Hats off to you Damien and Charisma. Appreciate you both so much for your super kind gesture to help me out.

Love that they offer price matching, really helps when on a budget. Thanks J Supply I will continue to shop with you. Good customer service with price matching makes it so I don't have to suffer at a big box store just to save a few bucks 🙏
This is my friendly neighbourhood shop. Everyone who works there that I have ever interacted with is extremely kind, knowledgeable, from the staff to the managers and owners. You can tell management takes time when hiring staff - it shows. They will never make you feel uncomfortable and always have a good recommendation if you're not sure what you're looking for.
