Shoutout to Kaylee for being amazing. You guys are fantastic. Super helpful and top notch customer service.
My husband and I have been coming to this store since it has opened. Every time we walk through the doors we are welcomed with warm smiles and friendly faces. We are treated like family. Absolutely love the staff absolutely adore them! Prices are fantastic I'm also stoked that they introduced a rewards system! Kudos to the Abbotsford location hands off the best! Much LOVE ❤️
I want to give a special shout out to Jasmin, Surya and Kaylee. They are all so lovely and make my day coming in. They know their stuff!! They are all a great representation of what kindness is and how important it is in business. There are other stores that are slightly cheaper but the staff are a huge reason I want to support this store!!!
Bad service. Might be nice when you purchase but when you come back within a couple weeks WITH the receipt to explain the purchased product was not working correct because the vape battery started over heating consistently and making the cartridges leak (tried all the vapes in another battery to make sure and no leaking with them using another battery)
Associate said sorry we don't do exchanges or returns on accessories.
Vape batteries are not cheap unless you buy cheap which we did not!!!
The right way would be to look at the receipt and look at the product to ensure it is not working correct and then exchange with a new one and send that one back to the vendor with issues and correct the situation for the customer.
They have officially lost two clients and we will pass this along throughout our friends to go else where!!

Edit* a week later or so they fired her for no reason. Awesome. Keep all the bad seeds and get rid of the people who actually cared.
