Bad vibes here! I have been a cannabis professional for 25 years. Please look me up! I can say with 100% certainty this is the worst experience I have had in a dispensary. I usually like going to dispensaries because I remember when we did not have them. This place however had really bad vibes. It's bad enough that it small an dingy compared to all the other shops in Kelowna, but the worker's attitude was quite poor. Too many good options in Kelowna to go here.
Awesome prices. Travis knows his products and what his customers are looking for. Great service great products.

I can tell you I do know the owner and it's been a long time since we've talked, but the customer experience you have here is amazing, and ownership is well worth the support.

High Score Cannabis in downtown Kelowna has easily become one of my favorite shops in the city. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to deal with. You never feel rushed, and they're happy to answer questions or help you find exactly what you're looking for.
One thing that really stands out is the vibe — it's honestly one of the most welcoming retail environments in Kelowna. They even keep treats behind the counter for my dog when she comes in, which immediately scored huge points with me. Anyone who treats dogs like VIPs is doing something right.
Great people, great atmosphere, and consistently great service. If you're downtown, this place is definitely worth stopping into.
