One of the best in-store experiences I've ever had. Big shout out to Adam, who was incredible.
I've been coming to this shop for a while and I just want to add another perspective here. The stamp card is always the customer's responsibility to bring to the counter, just like any other loyalty program. If I forget mine, I don't expect anyone to fix that for me later — that's just part of how stamp cards work.
I've also seen that they even offer to keep your card at the store so it doesn't get lost or forgotten, which is honestly really convenient. Not every place does that.
I think it's important to remember that they have procedures to follow and not everything should fall on them to catch, especially when it's something the customer can easily handle.
Just wanted to point out that holding the business accountable for a loyalty punch you forgot doesn't feel fair. I've personally always had great service here.
Every staff member is friendly and approachable. They dont have the deals canna cabana has, but the selection is much better.
