For two years I have been going here to buy the same products. I have always been met by an employee who was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and prepared to answer any questions. Tonight I went in and realized that the products I normally get are no longer there. I wasn't expecting this and I don't like changing products once I find ones I like, so naturally I had questions. The woman I spoke to was very short with me, told me that the products are changing all the time and she hadn't heard of the products I was getting before (again, I've been getting the same ones for two years). I asked her what an alternative could be with the same dosage, that's all I was concerned with. She made it seem like I was annoying her so much with the one question and she sounded exasperated. The dosages were all hidden since the bags were stacked on top of each other so I couldn't see the dosages myself. I don't know if she's new and didn't know the products well or just didn't want to answer me, but the customer in line behind me had more advice and product knowledge than her. I will probably have to shop somewhere else since the products I like are gone and I can't seem to get help finding a proper alternative.
I love coming here, staff is super friendly, good selection of glass and accessories, loyalty card is a good perk and usually they have decent sales as well!
Visited from MTL. Awesome service with super nice staff! Grabbed some edibles at employee recommendation, spent the night playing a horse game. 10/10 will be returning.
The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the large variety of products that they offer at this location. Love the recommendations!!! 💚
Always a great experience. Most times I order online and my order is always ready. Loyalty program is a nice bonus.
